Do we bulk bill all consultations?

Many large chain stores bulk bill all consultations. We choose not to bulk bill all of our appointments because we take pride in our thoroughness. We hope you too value your sight and give us the opportunity to show you the quality of our care.  In most instances you can access a Medicare rebate for part of your fee.

Will Pension / Health Care Card holders be bulk billed if eligible?

Yes, we bulk-bill Pension and Healthcare card holders if the current Medicare conditions apply.

My child’s teacher has recommended a Behavioural Optometry assessment?

Vision is the dominant sense and directs our movement and guides our actions.  Learning and vision are closely related.  Our optometrists have expertise in the development of vision.  A patients visual efficiency is extensively assessed, and then if indicated, a developmental vision information processing assessment is performed to determine how the patient processes what they see.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes, we do run the day according to our appointments. Due to the thoroughness of each eye examination we like to set time aside especially for each individual patient.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed.

My prescription keeps getting worse, what can I do?
